As our office in Luebeck is a sales office we are currently not ISO9000 certified. Of course we have an internal Quality Control System which regulates all quality issues regarding order processing, stock, goods transfer and logistics.
Our suppliers are all ISO9000 certified companies so that we can provide our customers continuous good quality of all our products. |

„Nobody is Perfect!” – unfortunately we cannot avoid for 100% that our products may fail in seldom cases after a certain time in operation. So we would like to clarify with you the reason for failure, which is most time not a problem of the product itself but results from the specific application or ambient conditions.
Before returning goods to us kindly read the “conditions for return of goods” carefully and return the RMA-notice by fax or email. Please complete the notice with all required information and detailed description of your application and technical data. Then we will contact you to discuss further handling and procedure. |

Since 2007 the European Regulation EC 1907/2006 concerning the Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH) is in force.
REACH has significant impact for manufacturers, importers and downstream users for a wide range of chemicals and requires, that all companies that manufacture or import into the European Union have to register these substances with the European Chemicals Agency if the imported or manufactured quantity is more than one ton per year.
As a downstream user M+R Multitronik GmbH is fully aware of the requirements of REACH. We are working with our suppliers to confirm their intent to register of the relevant substances used in our products. It is our aim to fully comply with REACH Regulation regarding the manufacture and supply of our products.
The Candidate List of Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC) is published by ECHA and will be updated continuously. M+R Multitronik GmbH continues to check and confirm with our suppliers that no SVHCs are present in the products and components we use to manufacture our electronic starters. Based on our knowledge and the information from our suppliers we confirm, that there is currently no SVHC listed substance in our products.
If it is determined, that our products contain SVHC in future, notification procedures per REACH requirements will be followed. |
